The new DENTISSIMO® toothpaste formula is designed for use during pregnancy and in the first months after childbirth. Organic extracts gently support a healthy oral microflora. Folic acid and potassium chloride help keep teeth healthy during pregnancy. Calcium lactate promotes more active calcium absorption. Calcium glycerophosphate supports remineralisation of tooth enamel. Calendula and geranium extracts help maintain gum health and provide a disinfecting action, while vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) maintains oral health by enriching it with vitamins. Hydrated silica gently cleans tooth enamel from dental plaque. Hydroxyapatite protects tooth enamel and timely compensates for mineral loss, restoring microscopic damage. Xylitol protects against bacteria and helps prevent dental plaque. The toothpaste gel has a light pink colour and a pleasant taste.

ACTIVE TOOTHPASTE GEL INGREDIENTS
FOLIC ACID (VITAMIN B9) is one of the most important vitamins for pregnant women; it regulates tissue regeneration processes and supports blood vessel function.
CALCIUM provides remineralisation of tooth enamel, reduces the rate of plaque and tartar formation, and promotes active mineralisation of tooth enamel.
XYLITOL helps accelerate mineral absorption by tooth enamel, prevents caries and inhibits the growth of bacteria and microorganisms.
HYDROXYAPATITE protects tooth enamel and timely compensates for mineral loss, restores microscopic damage, and promotes active remineralisation and strengthening of tooth enamel.
GERANIUM stimulates cell regeneration, provides astringent and hemostatic action, and helps prevent gum irritation.
CALENDULA EXTRACT has an antibacterial effect, helps prevent irritation and supports the health of oral mucous membranes.
FOLIC ACID
One of the main components of this toothpaste gel is vitamin B9 (folic acid). It is involved in DNA synthesis, metabolic processes involving haemoglobin and immune system support. Folic acid is important for pregnant women as it influences the formation of the foetal spine and placenta and helps prevent developmental defects. Thanks to the properties of vitamin B9, its presence in the toothpaste helps reduce the risk of gingivitis, stomatitis and other oral health problems.
MINERAL BALANCE DURING PREGNANCY
Calcium is important for both you and your growing child. Your baby needs it to form strong, healthy bones, teeth, the nervous system, heart and muscles, as well as for normal heart rhythm and blood clotting. If you do not get enough calcium from your diet, the baby will draw it from the mother's bones and dental tissue, which may later affect your health.
Insufficient calcium intake causes inflammation of periodontal tissues and destruction of gum epithelium. This condition in turn leads to loss of alveolar bone and worsens the symptoms of periodontal disease.
Using a toothpaste with calcium and hydroxyapatite will help restore the mineral balance of tooth enamel. It provides essential early-stage caries prevention.
